An activated Enterprise license (1) allows to access the seat management (2) tab and to allocate user seats (6) by entering their e-mails (7).
Roles
Individuals can be set as “users” (3). Users have no access to the seat management tab.
Activation
Unless a seat is activated (4), the individual will not be covered by the license. Seats can always be revoked and re-assigned to other individuals as long as the total number of activated seats does not exceed the seats covered by the license (remaining allocatable seats are shown in 5).
Insights
- The user activating the Enterprise license will be set as an organizer and cannot be removed.
- Not activated seats are not included into the seat-count covered by the license.
- Individuals who do not have an account with GAMMA AR will receive a request to register. Their status will be shown as “activation pending” until they have done so.
