  1. Does GAMMA AR support the HoloLens, the Meta Quest, the Apple Vision Pro or any other headsets?
    GAMMA AR is a field tool and focuses on those devices that are available and safe to be used on construction sites. While the above hardware is currently not actively supported by GAMMA AR, such devices might well be onboarded in the future.
  2. Does GAMMA AR have an open API? 

    Yes, GAMMA AR’s API can be accessed for extraction and update of issues. 

  3. What is GAMMA AR’s pricing model?  

    GAMMA AR offers two pricing structures: 

    1. Project-based packages that grant access to GAMMA AR during the entire project duration and allow for an unlimited number of users on this specific project 

    2. Seat-based packages that grant access to a certain number of reassignable user seats for 12 months and allow for participation/creation of an unlimited number of projects

  4. What are the restrictions during the trial period? 

    During the trial period, a user gets access to the full functionality of GAMMA AR for 30 days and can work with up to 20 models.

  5. Does GAMMA AR only run on iPads?  

    No, GAMMA AR is supported on Android and iOS (i.e. Apple) phones and tablets. iOS Pro devices are recommended due to better performance with regards to drift.  

  6. Do I need a LiDAR?  

    No, GAMMA AR can be used without LiDAR. However, as this suggests that most position tracking will be based on computer vision only, drift might appear more quickly in not well lit spaces.  

  7. Can I use my old device to run GAMMA AR?  

    It is recommended to use at least iPad Pro 2020 and newer, iPhone 12 Pro and newer devices. Minimum requirements are iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S10 or similar. It is important to note that whether a device is appropriate or not with GAMMA AR needs to be assessed based on the complexity of the model and the required task at hand. It is advised to use the latest iOS Pro devices for the best performance and access to all features.
