  1. Why don’t I see issues from the field in the GAMMA BIM Portal?  
    Issues become visible once the device that was used in the field is synchronized again with the cloud (i.e. working internet connection while app is open).  
    Good to know: The hamburger menus (icon with the three horizontal lines) of projects with unsynchronized information are highlighted in red.  
  2. Why don’t I see the issues from GAMMA AR in my other platforms?  
    Make sure that the platforms are connected (within “Project settings” on the left-hand-panel of the GAMMA BIM Portal). If the mistake persists, reach out to the GAMMA AR support team.  
  3. How do I export issues? 
    Clicking on the “export” button when on the issues page opens a window with download options (as a .bcf, .csv or .pdf file) 
  4. Can I change the pdf report layout? 
    The Layout cannot be changed. It will include the comprehensive information from the issue, including pictures and position on the floorplan. 
  5. Can I export only specific issues to pdf? 
    By default all issues are included in the report, however, the user can choose to select only specific issues ticking the checkboxes on the left of each individual issue.
