Importing CSV Progress Data Into Revit to manage progress
Importing Progress data into Revit allows project engineers/managers to manage the progress of their construction project easily.
Project engineers/managers can visualize the current progress in 3D and decide on the next steps to be taken on site. Additionally, this allows them to quickly identify delays.
Calculate installed/built materials quantities for managing payments and material orders.
Exporting CSV Progress Data from GAMMA and importing into Revit using Dynamo
1.Export issues from GAMMA BIM Portal as CSV (1) Import CSV into Revit using Dynamo Script with the following link: GAMMA DynamoNodes
2.Use filters to Highlight Data and use Spreadsheets to display lists of effected components.
Quantities and Materials
After the import, you can use the data to filter and do calculations inside Revit such as:
1.Installed/Built Materials with Areas and Volumes
2.Installed Assets/Components
3.To be installed Materials and Assets/Components
