Received activation key
You can receive two types of activation keys:
1. Enterprise license key: unrestricted activity to Project license key: unrestricted activity within the project
-> Even if the type of key should not be specified in the invitation email, both can be entered in the same manner (2).Invited to a project
When invited into a project, the features available to you in this specific project will be defined by the role given to you by the project administrator and are not dependent on the type of license that might be linked to your personal account (e.g., paid user license or expired trial license).
Activation of your license
1.Step into your account on the appropriate portal (Global or EU). ote that your license will not be valid if the wrong portal is chosen.
2.Click on “Activate with Key” and enter the code communicated to you in the pop-up window.
Please note that your account will show your current user-related license status (3) - “trial”, active “user license” or “expired”. The respective expiry date is displayed in the line below (4) .
